I don't believe in clock-watching or charging by the hour. When you book me for your reception or pre-wedding event, my base rate covers the entire flow of that celebration. I arrive well before your guests to coordinate with vendors, and I stay until the formalities are beautifully wrapped up.

This is one of the key reasons Indian Weddings need a professional MC. Desi weddings run on Desi Standard Time! If things get delayed, you don’t need to stress. My job is to gently steer the timeline back on track and communicate with your vendors behind the scenes, so the evening keeps flowing without causing a disruption. During your final meeting, I will even work with you to create some contiengency plans as well.

Initial Consult: We start with a relaxed chat to discuss your vision, the vibe of your event, and ensure we’re a perfect fit.
First Run-Sheet Review: Once you've locked me in, we’ll sit down to review your initial timeline. We’ll look at the overarching flow, how to structure the formalities, and where you might need a little extra guidance. I will also make sure we run through common blind spots couples miss in cultural weddings.
Second Review & Final Details: Closer to the event, we catch up one more time. We’ll finalise the timeline, lock in the exact energy you want for each segment. We will also create a back plan to address any potenial risks.

Once we’ve had our initial chat and you are ready to move forward, I will send over a brief service agreement and an invoice for a booking deposit. Once those are sorted, your date is 100% locked in my calendar, and we can start planning the fun details!
